C taught herself how to make jewelry after receiving a necklace she admired many years ago and has developed her own unique, artisan style. C works primarily with bare copper wire and occasionally vintage bronze, brass, and steel, designing stunning finished pieces that hold the crystal(s) securely while showcasing their natural beauty. That’s what you’ll find in each of our jewelry listings in our shop full of lovingly handcrafted and Reiki-blessed creations by C.
This labradorite looks like a shimmering, shadowy fairy forest, and the copper tree holds it securely while still showing the crystal’s natural beauty.
This gorgeous piece was also C’s very first tree pendant she created on a whim late one night before a metaphysical show early the next morn, and it turned out so beautifully, it was one of the first things she sold at that show less than 12 hours after it was created – to a sweet gal who had been looking for a labradorite tree pendant for a long while and instantly KNEW this was thee one for her. Serendipitousness all around! With global health concerns, C is not doing in-person shows/consultations at this time and continues to be of service, including custom orders, through our shop’s jewelry offerings.
Copper is C’s favorite metal to work with. What starts out as super shiny raw, bare copper, naturally oxidizes over time. There is a depth, richness, and boldness to naturally oxidized, aged copper, and C admires how the environment, the weather, and even body chemistry affect copper’s oxidation. It ages to perfection and reveals its deeper beauty over time, a subtle miracle unfolding ever so slowly.
