Hello beautiful soul! Have you ever thought about… how ‘simple’ stone is composed of a multitude of minerals, having endured extreme conditions while harnessing the magnificent powers of Gaia (mother earth) in order to actually become that little grey miracle that’s often right there under our toes at the beach or by a river?
Stone supports you on your path of self-discovery as you are re-membering and appreciating that you too are made of a multitude of minerals and all that you have experienced over time has shaped you into who you are today.
Sometimes life may feel uncomfortable as you break through something and it can feel like you are that beach stone getting pummeled over and over by the ocean of life. You may think and or feel you just want to get through it already and move on according to how you think your timeline should progress. When you put thought or energy into trying to fast forward and move it all right along, you cause all kinds of distress, unpleasantness, stress, and aggravation in your life, which actually just delays your progress more.
I have had many conversations with unique and beautiful, sensitive souls wondering why it’s taking so long to move on, to get to what’s next and what can they do to ‘get there’ faster. Life doesn’t work that way and there’s often more lessons we’re being taught through our experiences and we move through it at exactly the pace we’re supposed to. That’s exactly where stone comes in with support for you.
Stone is a life coach to sit with you through it all and remind you to be patient with yourself and be patient with the process as transformation, healing, and growth are not end points to your journey, they are part of your journey ongoing and you’re exactly where you should be and need to be at this point and time.
